Vertical posts are rolled steel hollow section mig welded to heavy
base plates. Corner posts and rails are rolled steel hollow section

Anti-Collapse

A
versatile anti-collapse cladding system for cladding areas of pallet
racking which face onto a pedestrian aisle. All panels are made
to suit bay centres and the system completely eliminates the need
for any cutting on site. The system consists of framed mesh panels
pre-punched and mounted on to the rear of the pallet racking by
means of brackets. The brackets are designed to be fixed either
way in order to avoid the main racking beams and also to allow mesh
to stand clear of pallets.

Cold rolled mild steel angle and cold rolled tees with mesh infill
sheets, spot welded together. Panels are bolted together using M8
x 20mm bolts and nuts. |

A
light duty protective barrier system designed to protect racking,
shelving and partitioning in warehouses from damage caused
by forklift trucks, pallet trucks, etc. Rails are supplied
in 3 metre lengths with the standard 600mm high post. The
system can be upgraded to medium by using double barrier rails.

Barrier rail is cold rolled from pre-galvanised mild steel strip,
posts are rolled steel hollow section mig welded to mild steel
base plates. Corner posts are hot rolled mild steel angle with
mig welded cleats to facilitate floor fixing. High visibility
plastic end caps are used on terminating ends of the barrier
rail. |
